How many times have you tried a recipe that you saw on a cookery show, website, video or a book and found that it does not come out exactly as you have seen or read? The real test of a recipe is when you get the exact results as claimed by its formulator. Here I intend to bring together all recipes that I have come across, tried and found them genuine enough, as I know that time and effort are as precious to the learner of a recipe as it is to  the chef. Please help me with your suggestions and contributions of tried and tested recipes. We could all grow together as a community that respects the culinary arts and helps each other by sharing genuine culinary knowledge.
